The Ferranti 146 is an a.c mains valve radio, which was made in 1946. It has long, medium & short wave band reception.
It employs the following valves-
6K8G, 6K7G, 6Q7G, 6V6, 5Z4G.
The loudspeaker is of a field coil type (no permanent magnet).
The radio is at present unrestored, and the speaker grille requires re-spraying.
