Gus 100
The
GUS 100 was a radio that was designed and made by Regentone for The Great
Universal Stores retail outlets (although it was probably built by Plessey
Electronics).
It used the same chassis as the models DW1, DP2, & DP3 Regentone radios.
It was an a.c/d.c mains valve receiver with medium & long wave bands reception.
It utilized the following valves:-
UCH81, UBF80, UCL83, UY85
It has really interesting styling with its metal trim.
Not many capacitor replacements needed, but quite a few resistors required
replacing.
