The Regentone A155 is an a.c mains valve radio, which was made about 1955. It has long, medium, short and f.m wave band tuning.
The valve line-up is as follows:-
ECC85, ECH81, EF85, EABC80, EM80, EL84, EZ80.
The radio was given to me some years ago by an ex-work colleague. It is at present un-restored. However, the dial cord system had been restored by someone in the past, but they had not gone about it the correct way, the springs should travel on the cord, and not be connected to the drum.
It is quite a slimline designed receiver, with push-button wave change and tuning indicator.
